EXPERIENCE


Has over 20 years in the banking industry experience. She created multi-year business plan to restore leadership in the business market to expand business development to include consumer and business banking services, consumer and business investments, personal and business deposits, mortgage, personal and business loans. The majority of the time exceeded goals.


She created, trained, and coached a successful sales team through the development staff members as competitive advantage. She managed to developed and administered budgets, business development goals and objectives. Performed employee evaluations, scheduled continued educations and training, and assisted with career and sales development. She provided customers with broad of personal financial counseling and credit services to deepen current profitable long-term account/client relationships.


She developed new and expanded existing clients' relationships by participating in business development activities, community organizations for the purpose of sourcing new business development opportunities. She has strong analytical skills – analyze and reasoning to asses information received to better evaluate options, and make the right decisions or/and proper recommendations.


She is experienced with high level of accomplishment in knowledge of business relationship building, problem solver, and networking in short time. She provided Cultural Awareness though outreach, coalition building and promoting Diversity.

She has over 15 years' experience in serving as committee member, board member, ambassador, plan event committee member (involved in the Veterans Day and Governor's Picnic for the Wasilla and Anchorage, AK communities), energy renewal subcommittee member for the State of Alaska, financial advisor chair for the Mat-Su, AK Resource Conservation & Development Council (RS&D), financial education projects committee member (Alaska Native financial education initiative), community projects that impacted the city residents and the businesses communities' financial education, founder and President-CEO. She provided regional development leadership, technical assistance, economic research, including business and industrial development, and foster economic development growth.
